Today, I got to make my first hire!!
I know people don’t usually have a photoshoot or announce when they hire someone, but 1. she’s one of my besties and 2. if you knew our story and what we’ve been through, you’d probably send us flowers.
Such an exciting milestone for my business and ALSO just me reminding you that you can do this too.
You can scale your business and make it whatever you want because it’s YOURS.
You get to decide who to work with, when to work, if you want a team, if you want to niche down, etc.
I hope as you’re reading this, you take it as a sign that you CAN do the hard things. ✨
